New Bombay

New Bombay

Located in Bukbu-dong and on the same street as Yangan’s Asia marts (which are useful shops to know), New Bombay is, as far as I know, the only Indian restaurant in Yangsan.

They serves a good selection of curries, meat and breads along with a selection of bottled beers and there’s a pool table in the back room.

It’s maybe a little pricey but then Indian food in Korea always tends to be, plus there isn’t much in the way of competition.

I should also note that, this place could do with doing some interior decorating, but that’s just my opinion.

Directions: This restaurant is located in Bukbu-dong, which is a 10-15 minute walk from E-mart in Shindoshi. With the stadium behind you, walk straight down Samil-ro. Walk straight until you see Skin Food and CNA on your right. You want to take the street on your left (Bugan nam 2-gil). Walk straight, you will see New Bombay on your left-hand side.

  1. Be great if you could add photos of the menu and food. Maybe even your ratings out of 5 or something like that.

    • Thanks for the feedback Tabby. This blog is intended for information purposes mainly, not to give reviews or opinions (though my opinion may slip into some of the articles from time to time). Essentially I would like to encourage people to go out and experience these places for themselves and form their own opinions.

    • I spotted this menu in the window when I was passing New Bomay last night.
